The content of this site
The text, illustrations, logo, photographs and code on this site belong to the company, except where a third party is credited. You may read, quote and share them with attribution. You may not republish them as your own, or use the Etheria name and logo to suggest a connection that does not exist.
Prices, estimates and the calculator
The prices shown on this site are starting points, published so you can tell early whether we are in your range. They are not an offer in the legal sense, and they do not bind either of us.
The ROI calculator produces an estimate from figures you type and from industry averages. It is a conversation starter, not advice and not a valuation. Your own numbers will differ, and decisions with money attached deserve better than a web page.
A binding price exists only in a signed contract. The same is true of the money-back guarantee described on this site: what it covers, how it is claimed and what happens to the work afterwards are set out in the contract you sign before anything starts, and that document, not this website, governs.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for losses caused by relying on a page here instead of asking us. Links to other sites are offered for convenience; what happens on them is their publisher’s responsibility, not ours.

Applicable law and disputes
This notice, and any dispute about this site, are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory rule gives it to another court.
Our services are offered to companies and professionals rather than to consumers. If you nonetheless contract with us as a consumer, your statutory consumer rights apply in full, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
